Consider us the middle person. We are in direct contact with all photographers and they are the ones who send the picture. If they are based in The Netherlands, we print it ourselves and bring it to the photographer before sending it.
Orders and Shipping
How long does an order take to arrive?
It depends on the size and from where you buy it from. Generally within the Netherlands you can expect between 1-3 days, while outside of the Netherlands, 3-10 days. When we have the track and trace code, we send it by email as well.
What is included in the order?
If you buy a picture, it’s important to know a frame is only included with the 8x8, 8x10 and 10x8 sizes. With bigger sizes, we do not offer an included frame. At every picture we have included the aspect ratio so it is easy to see what kind of frame you need.
Do you also offer frames?
We are currently working on making frames available on our website as well
How do I find a frame that will fit my picture?
Look at the measurement of the picture you bought, and buying a frame with the corresponding measurement will make sure it fits well. Whether it's portrait or landscape, we generally print on A4-A0 so by searching for the corresponding A format we made it easier to find a fitting frame.
What if one of the photographers is on vacation and unable to sign?
No worries! The artworks will still be shown, but we halt the sale of it and continue them the moment the photographer comes back. Want to know when something is available again? Please send us an email!
Returns and Exchanges
I want to cancel an order
Cancelling an order is possible as long as you send us an email on the same day. If the package is already shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately we do not offer the possibility to exchange any item.
My delivery is damaged, what can I do?
We guarantee that we never send products in a damaged state, however it can still unfortunately happen during the delivery process. Generally we manage every case of this individually, as multiple factors play a role. But with books, in case of damage we kindly ask you to return the product so we can send you a replacement. In the Netherlands the delivery cost will be on us.
