How does Wall of Fame work?
We recognise the importance of legitimacy when buying wall art. That is why we made a platform through which photographers offer their art. Everything is personally signed by the original creator.
What is included in an order?
If you buy a picture, it’s important to know a frame is only included with the smallest size due to high risk of damage during shipping. With bigger sizes, we do not offer an included frame. At every picture we have included the aspect ratio so it is easy to see what kind of frame you need.
Do you also offer frames?
We do! But are made by custom order. If you want a frame included, please contact us and we will manually invoice you after mutual agreement.
Shipping
I want to return an order
It's possible to return your order within 3 days of arrival. If you want to do so please send us an email within those three days and we will send you the return address. You will receive a full refund, but we can't provide compensation for the retour costs.
I want to cancel an order
Cancelling an order is possible as long as you send us an email on the same day. If the package is already shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately we do not offer the possibility to exchange any item.
My delivery is damages, what can I do?
We guarantee that we never send products in a damaged state, however it can still unfortunately happen during the delivery process. Generally we manage every case of this individually, as multiple factors play a role. But with books, in case of damage we kindly ask you to return the product so we can send you a replacement. In the Netherlands the delivery cost will be on us.
